when I saw this neon jersey fabric I immediately thought of bicycle wear. It’s neon enough to be well seen, but not so neon, that you look sick when wearing it. 😉

I made one mistake with the orange fabric though…

I did not test the elasticity before cutting and this fabric is – weirdly enough – more elastic with the grain, then – as you would guess – in a 90°angle to the grainline.

so I had to sew a strip in the side seam and sleeve. But after that, I had not enough fabric left for the collar and cuffs, so I had to get the second fabric. With the green one, I had already learned and cut it across the grain… and forgot to make longer in the back, so I only could make the waistband a little wider in the back and I think it will work just fine.
