Heyhey,

I am sorry I kept you waiting, but I needed an rest and relax day yesterday. I got back on monday around 5 pm and went straight to sleep after being awake throughout my traveling back. Around 11pm I woke up again and checked my mail and besides advertisment and some other companies, that I have my shop to register with… it really is not ver easy to open a shop in Germany…. I got an envelope from hugs&kisses, where I took part in a surprise giveaway. Look what I got:

Isnt that pretty, did she know I just love earrings? Maybe one day I should count how many pairs I have… or maybe I better do not 😉 Well that was certainly a great surprise gift for me! 🙂

About my trip: It was exhausting and very interesting, I met some great new friends and bought some new fabrics (of course I did :p, I will write some more about the fabrics I got when talking about the fabric stores I bought them in over the next days 😉 I also bought every sewing magazine that crossed my path 😉 I will talk about them more closely as well… but I missed sewing and crafting and creating so much, and blogging of course… even though I did have internet access it was kinda slow and besides my schedule there wasnt much time left. 😉 Well I am back home now and bringing you new tutorials in the next days. 🙂

By the way, I did not do any video-tutorials anymore lately, just because of time issues, please let me know what you think:

Also: It is october and at the 31st the US will celebrate Halloween. Which is a great excuse to make a new costume tutorial 😉 I just love costumes… even though I dont have much opportunities to wear them, so I am open to all your wishes and ideas for any kind of costume you would like a tutorial for. Comment or send an email until sunday, then I will put the ideas up for a vote and do a sewalong for the costume with the most votes, so make it interesting and throw challenges at me, or make us all giggle while sewing or…. 😉 I am already curious about your ideas!!!!
