Heyhey,
Happy new year! So one week late… sorry christmas got in the way;) But anyhow, I didn’t forget what I promised;) I really love this pattern and I already made another blouse like this and there will be more. Its burda-pattern 101 of burda 9/2007. A tie neckline blouse.
I hope you all had a wonderful christmas/holiday with your friends and family:) And a great start into the new year.
thats what the pattern looks like, front, back, sleeve and tie. Already with seam allowance. If you want to know how to do a pattern like that yourself based on any long-sleeved top-pattern, please vote:
put the parts on the fabric according to the grain line. front and back in fold, and if you use a printed fabric like me, be sure all parts have the same direction.
pin the short seam at the tie-parts
pin side seams and shoulder seam
and fold the sleeves and pin the sleeve seams.
and you can sew all pinned seams, and if your fabric is fraying like this one, you’ll need some overedging.
I already made 2 more blouses with this pattern, I really love it!
If there are any questions, or you have a wish for a tutorial, please let me know!

Very nice! Be BLESSED, Mtetar
thank you!
You’re welcome. Mtetar
I’d love a tutorial for this!
for the pattern? or the blouse? or something else?
For both the pattern and the blouse. I thought it was a short sleeve blouse until I had a closer look, but I guess it would be fairly easy to modify from long to short. How do you attach the tie neckline?
oh, the tutorial for the blouse is coming. next monday is the next part. yes its a long sleeve. I can do a tutorial for the pattern change to next monday as well;)
