I hope you are all doing well and missing my posts 😉 (2 more weeks and I am back to semi-normal for a month). Anyhow this is how I organize my zippers:

they are in the top box on the left

 I write on my boxes what is in them, if I have more then one box that look the same

 the inside I order the zippers by kind: in the top are the normal zippers, the lonely turquoise one is my last invisible zipper I have at the moment, in the small box are the bigger zippers, you can split, for jackets, and I also use them for bags.

 I also have my safety pins in that box

  and some other things
