(This is a weekly blogging series, started before I did my first weeklong bicycle tour around the little belt on the Danish Baltic Sea Bicycle Route. Now I want to do the whole Bicycle Route next year, and for that, I do some shorter tours to stay in training, study Danish, do other sports, sew some things, plan, map, buy, and worry. And blog about that every Sunday… it is an adventure already.)

I joined a gym. And I have to say those stationary bicycles have terrible saddles. 😉 Other than that, it is fun to cycle without traffic and wind.
Of course, I have to test around to find the best way to use indoor-cycling for me and what program of the stationary-bicycles to use.
And maybe buying new bicycle pants with a good cushion. I went looking yesterday. Mostly being curious, because I am not totally happy with the ones I have. So I went to a sports store to try others (more expensive ones) to see if they would be worth their money. And I found a nice one, which was out of my budget, so I hope that they still have it in January.
But of course, they had some bargains, and I had to buy myself bicycle gloves. I never felt like I had to have some. But I was thinking to buy a pair just in case for a while now, so when I found these fitting gloves for a reasonable price, I just took them home with me.

They are by Roeckl.
I studied (again) no Danish at all this week (I definitely need to do better),
did 5 mornings with 4 yoga-flows,
2 evenings training feet + stretch,
went to the gym 2 times: 22.73km in 65mins and 23.03km in 65mins
and cycled 25.94 km in 1:38:19 h with Leif.
keep exploring and smiling
