So, I am trying to get back to my adventure prep posts. Even though I did not do much this week, but at least I started training again.
I studied no Danish, (only listened to some songs and short dialogs in my playlist)
did yoga 6 mornings,
2 strength workouts,
and cycled 4 mornings on my bicycle-home-trainer: in total 30,76km in 1:47:02h
