Today Charlotte got sick, actually it started yesterday.

When I got ready to sleep I noticed that Charlotte had a flat back tire. So this morning I fixed it, or so I thought, but after 14 km it broke again.

So today was a lot of walking and pushing and trying to fix Charlotte. We even got on a train back to Nykøbing, because here are bicycle hospitals to help me and Charlotte. But now we are exhausted. So I will stay in Nykøbing 2 nights and write a full report about today tomorrow for you.

We cycled today:

The yellow line from the same beginning as the pink line. The stripes are walking and the dots the train ride.

total km: 310.4 cycled

money spent:

400 DKK for cabin on the campground for 2 nights

50 DKK for the train from Nørre Alslev to Nykøbing F

 

Health stats:

921 kcal burned,

2266 steps, (I have to move my arm for it to count as a step, so pushing Charlotte walking still does not count as steps…)

79 minutes of training and

heart rates between 41 and 150bpm.
