I want to take today though to ask you for your favorite fabric stores, wherever on the world! Please let me know and I will put them on my list of places I have to see. If they are in germany I might get to them faster, but I definitely plan to visit all your favorite stores one day. 😉 And I will keep telling you about great stores mondays. 🙂
The Fabric Store, Surrey Hills, Sydney. Gorgeous range, lots of silk & wool and designer fabrics. Big store, natural light, shop assistants that know their stuff!
No fancy stores for me, unfortunately. I only have 3 choices. Joanns, Hobby Lobby and WalMart (is WM really a fabric store? I think not, but some times I find something good there!) Did I mention I live 40 miles away from them, so when I get there, I am in sewing/crafting heaven!
I have only recently started looking online. I have always wanted to feel fabric before I buy it, which is why I have never bought online. I was looking around at some different sites earlier today. Maybe I’ll test the waters and buy some soon!

There are some lovely fabric shops in Soho London along Berwick Street, they are expensive though but just their fabrics are like candies!!!

good fabric stores or fabric departments dont need to be fancy. 😉 So if your next stores are far away, do you also order fabric on the internet?
