I decided not to let my thumbs defeat my fitness and use this time to work on my planks (on elbows of course). And my lunges because they do not require any use of thumbs either. So I started the stopwatch on my cellphone and tried to hold the plank as long as could: Today that was 1:01 minutes. Then I set my timer and did back lunges for 1 minute and 1 second on one leg and afterward with the other, I managed to do 22 each. So let’s see how much I can improve over the next days. 😉
Besides training at least a little bit, I plan to go browsing through one store every day. Because looking around works well without thumbs and this way, I get outside for an hour every day. So today I started with the book store.
