Today it was lovely weather, which made me sad again because I would have started my bicycle tour on Tuesday.
Sunny weather just would have been perfect.
So without whining again my “accomplishments” of today:
1 minute 21 secs plank + 28 lunges with each leg
2 movies and 12 episodes
Sometimes I think my thumbs are getting better, but then I do a particular movement, and the pain is back. On the other hand, I am scared the pain will go away entirely before I have that appointment, so I am writing a list with all the movements that hurt, so I can at least explain it to the doctor…
Does anyone have any ideas on how to spend my time or what else to prepare for that appointment? Thank you!
