My left hand is still feeling weird after the cortisone injection, and I am trying to rest it as much as possible, so I will finally get rid of this tenosynovitis.

Of course, I also have to be very careful not to overuse the right hand, while resting the left and being back at work that is a tricky thing to do. But I am really thankful for the lovely participants in my classes. They help me a lot and are just grateful I am back at teaching even though I am not able to help them as much manually. And I am delighted I am not sitting bored at home anymore.

Well, I hope for the best that this whole situation will get better soon.
