We stay in 2012 for this one, because it was the year I sewed my tanktop based on a tanktop I owned. It is one of the most-read posts from that year, and also I sewed a lot over the years with that pattern… it is one of my most used.

After the first one turned out well, I moved on and sewed some more, and had them on in outfit posts:

 

The striped tank top is still part of my wardrobe and survived all these years. 🙂 

I even used this pattern partly for my bathing suit and of course lots of other tops.
