Heyhey,

here are the last steps for the maxi skirt with pockets, you find the other parts here: part1 and part2.

now I measured around the top of the skirt

and cut a strip with that length plus 3cm and 7cm wide

now I pinned the waistband all around to the top, while stretching it a little

on one side I let 1cm seam allowance stay over, on the other side more cm

then I sewed it, folded in the middle right side inside and pinned the ends

sewed and cut the seam allowance

at the longer end I cut the corner

now I folded the right side out, and the seam allowance inside and pinned

and sewed right next to the waistband so the stitches hide in the fold

now I sewed a slightly crooked buttonhole

and the button on the waistband end thats a little longer

finished! I definitely enjoy wearing this one!
