Many years ago (before I was born), my grandmother knitted my parents twin-cardigans. She was a passionate knitter, by what I was told, sadly she died before my birth, so I never got to meet her. Not so many years ago, I was supposed to look through my old closet in my parent’s apartment and found my moms cardigan. 🙂 And kept it. (Well, I asked first.)

Since she was such a passionate knitter, made this partly by request by my mum (she loves blue) and supposedly never worked with instructions, I am pretty sure she designed this pattern. So she also designed this print on spoonflower:
