adventure preparation 40

Moin

Thanks to my cold, I did not do as much as I wanted this week, but I hope I finally beat it now. I managed some sewing today with my new fabrics, and I have some exciting news.

(This is a weekly blogging series, started before I did my first weeklong bicycle tour around the little belt on the Danish Baltic Sea Bicycle Route.  Now I want to do the whole Bicycle Route next year, and for that, I do some shorter tours to stay in training, study Danish, do other sports, sew some things, plan, map, buy, and worry. And blog about that every Sunday… it is an adventure already.)

As I told you last week, I bought myself some new bicycle short by Gonso, which have a great cushion, but the waistband was not high enough for me. So I cut it off and sewed myself a new one. I wore them to the gym today… and they are perfect now.

I also wore my new Gym-T-Shirt today and felt pretty comfy in it.

I am very excited for Tuesday. You never guess what Button and I have planned! We are going to take some trains and travel to meet some people about a possible new family member: a touring bicycle made of Bamboo. 🙂 I really like bamboo. I hope I will be allowed to take some pictures and maybe videos for you, I will tell you all about it on Tuesday nonetheless.

My other weekly preparation:

I studied Danish for 30 minutes,

did 3 mornings with 4 yoga-flows,

3 evenings training feet + stretch,

did 1 functional fitness for cyclists workout,

went to the gym 1 time: 27.61km in 65mins

and cycled 15.55 km in 0:57:29 h with Leif.

keep exploring and smiling
