This is where I try to keep track of different things I do in preparation for my next bicycle tours. Which is mostly training and learning Danish. Sometimes planning and buying or sewing new gear.

Even though I am unsure if I will be able to do a tour this year or next, and whether it will be with my son or without, I am definitely planning to do bicycle traveling again. So I decided to start this series again. At the moment, I only started doing postpartum workouts a few weeks ago, but let us track my progress to becoming fit again, shall we?I lost 11,74 kg until now, which means I have 5.77 kg left to go, but I will be happy for now with 2.3kg less.
Around my belly I lost 26cm until now, which means 10cm until I reach my old measurements.
Weekly preparations:
I studied no Danish,
did 5 postpartum workouts,
yoga 0 times,
0 strength workouts,
cycled 0 time on my bicycle-home-trainer,
cycled with Leif 0 times,
and with Charlotte 0 km in 0 h.
