Heyhey,
the vote for burda 8/15 showed a clear winner, so I started with the pattern and then got stuck, because I could not decide which color combination I liked better, so let me know what you prefer at the end of this post. 😉 Thank you!
I copied all pattern pieces from the pattern sheet and added 1cm seam allowance and 4 cm hem allowance
to have enough fabric in the front at the chest area, I went 1 size up there
and got back to the original size at the waist
because I like bigger collars/revers/lapels I added 1cm at the end and reconnected it to the line
thats what all pattern pieces look like
well I decided to make the jacket 2-colored like in the burda magazine. But that is when I got stuck, would a dark turquoise jacket with print elements look better, or would a beige jacket with print elements?
what color combination do you prefer?
thank you for helping me decide!
tomorrow I will show you the last steps I sewed at my sunny blouse from burda 7/15.
keep sewing and smiling
