Moin
This is where I try to keep track of different things I do in preparation for my next bicycle tours. Which is mostly training and learning Danish. Sometimes planning and buying or sewing new gear.
You can read about my last tours here: 2019, 2020summer, 2022autumn , 2022, 2023.
I am planning on trying the Naturlandet Rundt again in May, after I had to cut it short last year.
I am trying once more to get back to regular adventure prep posts and getting started one day late. I plan on getting you new posts on Sundays in the future.
This weekend I cycled to Lübeck once more and I am happy to report this time I cycled the whole distance again. I was incredibly proud of myself on Friday. I also made it back, but had troubles with my hands, my bottom and my achilles tendon.
- So I learned: Wear bicycle gloves under winter gloves for long tours or buy winter bicycle gloves.
- Pack another shammie for the tour back.
I never had troubles with my achilles tendon before, so I am not sure yet what caused it and how to best take care of it. Does anybody have experiences and tips?

keep exploring and smiling
