adventure preparation 6

Moin,

this is a weekly post series about me preparing for a bicycle tour. If you want to read from the beginning and didn’t already do so, you can still find the posts here: the idea, the planned tour,  some of my gearmy packing list, and Buttons seat+more gear.

only 6 weeks left to prepare… :O

This week I write some more about my planned tour and my planned blog posts and I show you my updated packing list.

Bildschirmfoto 2019-02-23 um 18.17.32So as I mentioned before I plan to cycle part of the Danish Baltic Sea bicycle route.

This should be about 350km, not counting the detours I probably will take. Some even on purpose. 😉

I plan to cycle about 50km each day and camp at night at camping grounds. I just want to enjoy the ride, the views and the time. Of course, I’ll take my cameras with me and take pictures of whatever (small) wonders I’ll see on the tour.

Another thing I want to do is take you all on my trip with me, by keeping you updated with daily blog posts. My goal is to make them comparable, fun and informative. So what would you like to read and know about when I am cycling?

Before I made some suggestions:

  • how many km cycled
  • weather conditions
  • best moment
  • worst moment
  • Buttons favorite place of the day

or

  • Leif’s news: km traveled, road conditions, favorite part of the day
  • Buttons news: weather, views, and pictures taken, favorite part of the day
  • Fairys news: people and cities, sleeping place, favorite part of the day

I would really appreciate your input! What would be interesting for you?

In other news I added some more weights and items to my packing list:

Packliste+Gewicht24.3

About 13,6 kg, still within my goal weight! 🙂

keep exploring and smiling

your TailorFairy
